Wow! Can you believe it, June already!? Time flies when you're at the sweat shop, eh? Supposed to cloud over here til Wednesday and then get all hot and sunny again. I hope it rains for the next three days straight - we sure need it!

I was getting choked that I couldn't find any contests for Coast, so I signed up for Rewards. I got 1300 in less than 5 minutes. Then I went to the raffles section. Nothing. So... if they ever do have something, I'll let you know.

Juice has Win Lunch for your Workplace from Little Caesar's. Just enter online to get pizza delivered to your work on Thursdays. They have decided to change the morning code time from 7:50 to 7:20, so I won't get the code first thing anymore. I'll hopefully get it by 10:20, if not, it'll have to be at 4:20, when I'm also listening to the Ocean for the Artist of the Day. We'll see how well that works, as Juice barely comes in when I'm in Victoria. I'm wondering if this means the NIQ will be moved or run directly after the code is given. The Ocean's draws in their VIP area this week will be released tomorrow as the two that are there are over as of midnight tonight (Oak Bay Tea Party and Victoria Track Classic tix). I hope you've been texting them every time you heard a Sam Smith song to get in the draw for weekend wristbands to Squamish Music Fest. The draw happens tomorrow afternoon from all entries. Their Free Trip Fridays start up on Monday, so listen to see how you can get your name in the draw. Weekend of 30 and 31 May, 2015

There's not too much happening this weekend, up Island at any rate.

This weekend on the Ocean, when you hear a Sam Smith song (until mignight on Sunday), text "ocean 98.5" to 250-385-0985 and you're entered into the grand prize draw of a pair of weekend wristbands and camping for Squamish. You have until midnight Sunday to enter the raffle in their VIP club to win tix to the Oak Bay Tea Party as well.

The Zone is giving you a chance at a pair of general admission Sunday tix to Rock the Shores this weekend. Listen all weekend for your chance to win.

Kool FM has a new contest up that runs til the 12th of June. Email them at promotion@1073kool.fm to tell them why you need private dance lessons and a stagette package for your wedding.

On KiSS FM's site, you have until midnight Sunday to enter online to win Harbourcats tix and Oak Bay Tea Party tix. Enter at their KiSS Nation area.

Next week there's some good things coming up.

On the Q, they're going to have Marvel Avenger tix to give away on the Morning show. Details on Monday, of course.

The Ocean has Free Trip Fridays all through June (now that the 50 Shades of May is over). Listen for your chance to get into the draw throughout the week and the winner gets drawon on Friday afternoons. The prize? a two night stay at the Beach Club Resort in Parksville... with food!!

So the Ocean is messing around with my mind. They put Bette Midler tix up and added Harbourcats tix this afternoon, after I checked out the site this morning. They still have Barry Manilow up, but that contest is over as of last Wednesday. They took down the OBTP, but put it back up again. GAH! Stop it! They've also added directions on how to get into the draw for Squamish Music Festival tix, and have teased June's "Free Trip Friday" contest.

KOOL is giving away Shania tix and the trip to the MMVAs (not the Ocean like I drunkenly put on the sched). To win the Marvel tix, you need to enter on their Facebook page.

The Zone has yet ANOTHER music festival prize pack to give away, plus upgrades on Friday to a grand prize winner from the weekly winners.

25-31 May 2015 Update

The Wolf has tickets to Rain: A Tribute to the Beatles. Listen this week for your chance to win a pair of tix from Dan and Ron (morning show). They also have tix to Nick Gilder & Sweeny Todd in Parksville. The website just says to listen all week, so who know when they'll give away tix. Details on the Squamish Music Festival tix - they are revividing the daily word challenge with Dom and Graham (2-6pm). You won't win the tickets, just entries into the draw with each correct answer. On Friday they'll draw for the grand pize and the winner gets 4 weekend passes and camping for the festival.

The Wave is also giving away Squamish Music Fest tix. It seems you need to listen to them all day and they'll take 6 qualifiers each day (doesn't say how) to announce the winner on Friady on Kent's show.

On the Ocean this week, this is the last week to win sunnies during their 20 Shades of May contest. Just listen for the Sunshine Montage and be caller 11. Enter your workplace for their Office Interruption contest too. The online raffle to win tickets to the Oak Bay Tea Party ends on Sunday, the 31st at midnight. As always, they'll have their Battle of the Sexes on Thursday morning only. I usually hear the Artist of the Day at 4:20 and I post it as soon as I can, so use the names to enter in the VIP area and then  use the points you win to enter the raffles.
