*Whew*! That weekend is done! Busy busy! Dance recitals and a full-day Girl Guide Camp... groceries? Who needs 'em? I'll be busy tomorrow finishing laundry, picking up prescriptions, getting groceries... oh yeah, and finishing some assignments!! How am I ever going to find time to get back to work when I get back to work...??

The Week of 21 - 24 May 2019

Long weekends always eff me up. Not to mention I blew off last Thursday and Friday from doing school work so I had to play catch-up as best I could over the weekend. AND I'm supposed to write an exam today, but we're not sure if it was mailed or not. Ugh. ANYway, I'm pushing through and will be registering for my next three courses this week. Hopefully I'll do better on them than I am on my current courses. This week is also rehearsal week for the kids' dance recital, so there goes my afternoons and weekend. BUT, it's all worth it when I see those kids dance and have fun.

This week on the Pod (Mary Go Round at anchor.fm), I HOPE I'm able to talk to my friend Jennifer... but our schedules are causing us problems. I may end up dropping the pod later this week.

The Week of 13-17 May 2019

The next five weeks is gathering steam like a train going down hill. My kids have something every.single.week from now till mid-June and then of course I have stuff too... I already have stuff in the calendar for September. Ugh. I hope you all find some quiet and calm in the lead-up to summer.

The Week of 6-10 May 2019

Well now that Marvel has lifted the spoilers - Endgame was really good! I need to take my kids to see it too. I thought the scene with the women running for 15 seconds was stupid and gratuitous, but other than that, it was pretty good! 

And, the three thousand? Here's my take: Tony tells Morgan he loves her a ton. A ton is 1000 pounds, right? So when Morgan says she loves him 3000, it means she loves him three times as much. Makes sense, right?

GoT was awesome. Well, what I could see of it. I am happy to see Brienne, Jamie, Tyrion, Sansa, Jon and Dany all make it. Of course Arya ftWWWWW! And rightly so. All that training was not wasted. Now we can see the REAL fight because I'm not sure how many troops are still left to fight Cercei (?) and her army. I'd like to be a fly on the wall when Sam and Jon have their next conversation. I sure hope Ghost made it through - maybe we'll find out tonight.
