What is with DJs who say, "Uh" or "ah" every second or third word? Seriously, they don't learn how NOT to say this during broadcasting school? It is so annoying, I end up counting the 'uh' or 'ah's every break. For the love of <insert deity here>, STOP with the "UH" and "AH"s!!!

The stations have released a few more contests for the week.
In Nanaimo on the Wave, listen to Heather in the afternoon to win two tickets to the Island Fantasy Ball. Listen to Daryl and Ray in the morning for Beat the Box Office tickets to Jann Arden (I'd LOVE to go!!). Finally, you can enter your mum online at their site to say why she deserves extra love. They'll draw 10 winners (!) on Friday, May 8th.
On the Wolf, listen to Graeme and Dom in the afternoon for your chance to win a Funky Monkey Bundle to WildPlay. You need to give your best monkey impression (no, talking like your co-worker doesn't count apparently.
The Q! in Victoria is offering a Double Bogey Weekend. From 6pm on Friday the 1st til 11:59pm on Sunday the 3rd, when you hear a double shot from the same artist (hence the term 'double shot'), be caller 9 to get a round of golf for 2 at Bear Mountain.
