Weekend of 5 & 6 September, 2015

Happy Long Weekend! There's not a whole lot going on, but next week there's TONS of stuff, so come back on Sunday when I have the week's new contests for you.

This is the last weekend for NHL exhibition game tix at the Q centre. Today from 10am til 4pm and tomorrow from 12 til 6 at the Panorama Rec Centre. There's very few tickets available for people who live outside of the Saanich Peninsula, so your odds of getting a ticket is pretty slim. 

Not much going on this weekend, contest-wise on the radio.

Kool FM has early-bird chances for Beat the Bank if you complete their music survey before Wednesday. I'll let you know all about BtB on Sunday's post.

The Q has their All Request Long Weekend where you play the tunes. They're also out at the Saanich Fair all weekend with chances to win an AC/DC concert trip and your first chance to play What's In Butterball Ya'll? is at 1pm today.

KiSS NATiON's raffle for Rifflandia tix ends this Sunday at midnight.

Ocean's raffle for the Bear Mountain 10K ends this Sunday at midnight. The Community Cruiser is out this weekend giving away passes to Western Speedway's Canada 200 and some Mosquitnos too! Here's their schedule: 

SATURDAY

• Esquimalt Lagoon from 10:00am – 10:30am.
• Parking Lot near Capital Iron from 11:00am – 11:30am
• All-Fun Rec Park from 11:45pm – 12:00pm.
• Then in the afternoon, Free Skate & Hockeyville Public Ticket Lottery at Panorama Recreation Centre from 1pm – 3pm.

SUNDAY

• Vintage, Retro, and Collectible Show at Mary Winspear Centre from 10:00am – 11:30am.
• Classic Boat Festival in the Inner Harbour from 1:00pm – 2:00pm.

Enter The Zone's Burger Club with Pol to be entered to win $25 g/c for a burger and a draw to eat said burger with Pol on the 26th!
