I have to squeeze in time to bake. I make a ton of goodies over the holidays, and recently I've added "Christmas Crack" to the list. It's like Bits & Bites without the pretzels (because face it, everyone picks those puppies out anyway), but it's the dressing that is addictive. Sooooo good. And sooooo bad for you! Full of gluten and sugar and crap. Good thing it's only once a year!
Do you have any traditions of baking for the holidays? I have a long list this year (shorter than previous years though): butter tarts, mincemeat tarts, chocolate fudge, snickerdoodles and CC. I might add another cookie in there too - shortbread is my nemesis so I'll stick to rugelach probably (a yummy jam-filled cookie with cream cheese dough) and might add another 'bar' in there - date squares? Lemon squares? I'm open to suggestions.
