I love this time of year when the cherry trees are in blossom. Their scent brings back awesome memories of my childhood. I guess after such a 'white' winter, I'm appreciating the spring bloom of colour a lot more this year. I noticed buds on my blueberry bushes and hydrangea (which I thought were toast when they were covered in 14" of the white crap we got), and each week I buy a new bouquet of flowers for the table. $5 well spent!
