Update for the week (new contests not mentioned yesterday)

In Victoria:

The Q's morning show is giving Shamrocks tix for Friday's game when you win the Rock Door. They also have a 4 pack of tix to Marvel Live when you hear the Spiderman theme played between 6am and 9am. Just be caller 25... not caller 8 like I was. The midday show with Scott James has your chance at a pair of tix to Merridale Cider's launch of their Cowichan Gin. Once I have more deets, I'll update on the Facebook page.

At Kool, if you're a Kool Klub member, fill in the music survey before Tuesdsay afternoon to be in the draw for a table for 4 at The Thunder from Down Under show.

The Ocean's morning show has your chance for tix to Raffi's Beluga Grads show. You can also win entry into the CFB Esquimal Navy Run through the VIPClub raffle all week. Enter before midnight on Sunday. Their Battle of the Sexes is on Thursday morning at 8:10 again this week.

KiSS has Battle of the Dads . You need to enter on their website and they'll draw one contestant per day. On Friday morning, the 4 contestants will compete against each other in trivia, root beer chugging and other events until one wins a fishing excursion. They're sponsoring the Strawberry Cup at Western Speedway, have tickets to Marvel Universe Live, and the Navy Run tix - enter for all these online at their KiSS NATiON page.

In Nanaimo:

Only the Wave has a new contest. Dora The Explorer Live is coming. Listen to the afternoon show with Kent. He'll tell you the Spanish word of the day. When you hear it, be the FIRST caller to correctly translate it and you'll be entered into the Grand Prize draw for a pair of tix and a meet and greet with the star herself.
