Week of 15-19 June, 2015

Hello and welcome to all the new members of the group! Even if you just play for the ticket-share on Friday, it's great to have you along. Perhaps you'll find some radio contest worth checking into, and then you'll win! 

Basically what I do is gather all the contests on the radio stations from Nanaimo to Victoria in one spot so you can choose which one(s) you'd like to enter. I don't get radio reception for Nanaimo stations unless I'm up that way (and that's only once or twice/summer), so I go by what's on their websites.

Then I add an update on Monday once the stations have their new contests up. I also try to check on them once or twice/week as they often put up new ones throughout the week.

Anyway, here's the schedule for this up-coming week as of today:

Nanaimo

The Wave has their regular contests up - Retro Lunch for a $25 g/c to Ricky's and the Friday Morning Power Hour where you enter your workplace for noms and swag on Friday morning.
 
Listen to the Wolf for your chance to qualify for the Vancouver Island Summer Adventure (VISA) contest. This week's adventure is a personally guided ATV tour for up to 3 people by West Coast Edge ATV Adventures. You can qualify on weekends too. They announce the grand prize winner on Friday morning then on the midday show, start again with new qualifiers for a new adventure. Keep listening this weekend and again in July to win tickets to the Bathtub Weekend Launch Party. Sounds like a good time with artists like Jesse Roper, Bif Naked, Platinum Blonde and more. The Ocean has Free Trip Fridays running all June. Qualify throughout the day to get entered. When you've qualified, listen for your name to be called on Rob's show.
