Here's what's new as of today:

On the Q, the Rock Door has Western Speedway Monster Truck tix if you guess right. On the Polka Monster, win or lose, you get tix to the next Shamrocks home game.

I still have NO IDEA where or when to find out the Zone's daily keyword for their favourite things contest. If you do, please let me know!

KiSS has a $100 subscription to Bite Box on air and you can enter the raffle on the KiSS NATiON page to win a $50 gift cert to K9 Brite Bark. Enter before the 2nd of August - LOTS of time! They also have tix to the Pickle Pub Crawl on the morning show (4 wristbands) all week. Taylor Swift contest ends on Sunday, as does the raffle for entries into the Ronald McDonald House Golf Tourney at Bear Mountain.

Rob has your BTBO tix to Imagine Dragons all week on the afternoon show on the Ocean. The morning show has your chance to win a $100 subscription to Bite Box (til Friday) and you can enter their raffle in the VIP club for a $50 g/c to K9 Brite Bark (til the 2nd of August).

In Nanaimo, the Wolf has a $25 g/c to Carlos O'Bryan's on the morning show all week. They have tix to the VI Raiders home opener all week too, but it doesn't say which time (three sets of tix, so I'm thinking morning, midday and afternoon 1 set each).

The Wave also has a $25 g/c to Carlos O'Bryan's all week on the morning show.
