I'm so glad it's Friday. It's been a hella week. Both good and bad, for sure, but sometimes I just need a pause button. The weekend doesn't always pause me, but I think it will help this time - I'm doing a whole day of scrapbooking on Saturday. Hope you're going to have a great weekend too! I'll be back in the afternoon to do the weekend update.

The Q runs their Money Launderin' Machine on the morning show and it's the final qualifier for Pump Up Your Home and then they choose the winners before 9am.

CFAX has their Lucky Canuck contest - listen to their play-by-play for each game during which they'll announce a Lucky Canuck. Go online and enter the name and if you're called by Al Ferraby, you'll win $50 to Glenwood Meats (!) and entered into a draw to see a Canucks game with accommodation at the Rosedale on Robson and flights on Harbour Air there and back! Enter as much as you like for more chances to win. 

Ocean and KiSS have Francesco Yates tix but they don't say how they're giving them away or when. The contest ends on the 24th though. There's 150 of them, so I'm guessing multiple attempts each day.
