Lesson learned: If I want to see a concert at Butchart Gardens and don't have a ticket, get there at noon! My friend and I thought that 4 hours in advance would be plenty of time to get in - not so! They had hit capacity and we were turned away. A little rudely, but nonetheless... so what's two Mums to do with an evening to themselves? Why go downtown, have dinner that we didn't cook ourselves, and catch a movie. Trainwreck is REALLY funny, btw.
This weekend The Wolf has tix to the Comox Air Show to give away on Joanne's show and their new - LAST - VISA is a nice one: an RV rental from Arbutus RV and a campsite at Pacific Playground for 5 days/4 nights! Be caller 5 when you hear the cue to qualify.
